Hello, here is a little bit of information about myself. Over the past 8 years I have gained clinical experiences in both the public and private sectors – I currently work as a Registered Midwife and also a Paramedic with the South Australian Ambulance Service. I also have two beautiful sisters and am an Auntie to four adorable nieces and nephews. I have gained a lot of experience in both the hospital and pre-hospital setting when it comes to pregnancy & birthing. Not only my clinical experience but also personal experience of being a birth companion for my sister for both her births has given me the inspiration and desire to further my skills and knowledge to assist women with HypnoBirthing. I believe strongly in women feeling empowered to make their own informed decisions and my aim is to ensure I can provide women this through my sessions. I believe all women should have the right to the knowledge and understanding of how their beautiful bodies work so well and are designed for birth, this way women can embrace their pregnancy with calm and excitement releasing all fears. My goal is to be there for women and provide them with all the tools, skills, information and resources that I have available to ensure women feel supported during pregnancy, birthing and beyond. I look forward to chatting to you more about your special journey!

I have been actively involved in the complementary field of health for over 25 years with diplomas and certificates in Massage, Reiki, Kinesiology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Real Life Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, HypnoBirthing, HypnoFertility, HypnoMothering, Master Counselling & Psychotherapy and more.
I established my practice – Intrinsic Outcomes with a view that it is not enough to treat the symptoms. The WHOLE person and their individual and unique circumstances must be taken into consideration. The relationship between the body, mind and spirit is of the utmost importance, and I use a combination of therapies to incorporate this philosophy. By combining a practical, common sense approach with new ideas and theories I believe the body; mind and spirit can be healed, renewed and enhanced.

I first learnt about HypnoBirthing during my third pregnancy. I wanted to learn about my body and truly trust myself again. I learnt this and so much more! HypnoBirthing gave me confidence in myself to birth my baby my way. It was an amazing, empowering birthing experience that I want to share and teach with others.
My background is Nurse/Midwife with over 10 years experience. I work at Southern Midwifery Group Practice, a continuity of care model and currently on maternity leave until January 2018.
I am HypnoBithing practitioner, midwife and nurse.
In my work as a Midwife I often come across mothers to be and their birthing partners who are scared of birth and what it might bring. HypnoBirthing has allowed me to show them that fear doesn’t need be present. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping as many couples to experience the joy, calm and peace that comes with a HypnoBirthing.
